Return & Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your product purchase please call 1-800-707-8725 for a Return Product Authorization (RPA) request within 30 calendar days of receipt of the product. If the product is returned in the original box with the original packing material and invoice within 10 days of your call we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on the original payment for the product only. No shipping charges will be refunded. All returns must be sent to us pre-paid. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless the original item shipped was defective. Items sent COD, “freight collect” or “third party” will not be accepted. If sent by US Mail, it must be sent registered, return receipt and insured. Packages returned incomplete will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
Credit Card – You may pay by credit card no matter which ordering method you use (Internet or Phone). At the time your order is placed, Better Living With Air & More, Inc., obtains a pre-approval from the credit card company for the amount of the order. Credit card billing occurs when the order ships. Better Living With Air & More, Inc., accepts VISA, MASTERCARD. Discover, Amex.
Cashiers check or Money Order – Better Living With Air & More, Inc., accepts cashier’s checks and money orders as valid forms of payment. Personal checks or business checks are not accepted. If you wish to pay by cashier’s check or money order you may order by phone at 1-800-707-8725. The cashier’s check or money order must be payable to Better Living With Air & More, Inc. and include your web order number. Please mail your payment to:

Fraudulent Credit Card Charges – All requests to negate charges are investigated by our technical department and legal department. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage we will report this to the credit card services. This report may result in cancellation of your card services and put negative information on your credit report.
Better living with air & more, product purchases will include sales tax based on the ship-to location and the sales tax rate in effect at the time of shipping. If you phone in your order, one of are sales representative will provide the final dollar total of your order including tax and any applicable shipping charges at the time you place your order. The proof of purchase that Better Living with Air & More mails to you will include applicable sales tax.
The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time and warehouse processing time and does not include shipping transit time. Shipping transit time is the length of time it will take for the package to travel from our warehouse to your shipping address. Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need and full payment or a full authorization in the case of credit card orders. Orders place on the weekend or on a holiday will begin payment processing the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays.
